IRPP president Mel Cappe named Officer of the Order of Canada


The IRPP is pleased to annouce that its President, Mel Cappe, was one of 25 Canadians named Officers of the Order of Canada by Governor General Michaëlle Jean on December 30, 2009. The award recognizes a lifetime of achievement and merit of a high degree, especially in service to Canada or to humanity at large.
